Property Management
Periodical Visits
In-depth residential inspections allow our Clients to receive regular updates on the status of their property. Inspections include exterior, interior, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. The Property is also aerated properly during each visit.
Utility/Invoice payments
Depending on the needs of each Client and subsequential agreements, Apex is able to process property utility bills on Owners' behalf after which a summary of expenses is sent to the Client at the end of each month.
Packages/
delivery receipts
With sufficient prior notification, Apex is able to have one of our team members on standby during the delivery of packages/items at the premises.
Repair, Maintenance and Renovation coordination
It is best to carry out renovation or improvement works whilst you are away as you will not have to deal with the aniticpoated hastle that comes with these projects. With precise coordination, full-time supervision and constant updates to Clients, Apex provides hastle-free construction experiences.
Property Preparation for Owner/Guest arrival
Upon notification from Owners of their return date or their Guests' arrival, Apex will prepare the property according to Owners' needs. Fridge re-stock, dry-clean, hiring a cleaning service are some of many services that can be taylored to the Owners' preferences.
